Scott’s success ranges from being a self-starter entrepreneur at a young age to working in the corporate world in marketing and advertising. Scott is originally from California and ended up in the State of Texas owning and operating multiple retail wireless stores in the early 2000s. Negotiating commercial leases in shopping malls and commercial strip centers is where Scott developed his passion for real estate.
Scott moved to The Woodlands Texas in 2010 and has once again taken his entrepreneur background experience to focus on selling residential real estate. On Scott’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and daughters Giada and Colette. Scott completed six half marathons in 2016 with Susan and they trained for a full marathon in 2017.

Nimsi is a generational realtor, Houston native, proud Texas A&M alumni M.Ed, and resides in The Woodlands with her husband Richard and their two boys Logan and Luke. Nimsi combines her strong ties to the community as well as her background in real estate and luxury sales to educate and serve her clients during the buying, selling, or investing process.
As a former teacher, Nimsi can offer insight into the best schools in your area. She prides herself on her ability to pass empathy and knowledge to others in an organized manner, a skill not many possess but one that Nimsi has mastered. She is prepared to make your buying or selling experience seamless by offering guidance and knowledge in a way you can connect with to make the best decision for you and your family. Nimsi speaks fluent Spanish and has great knowledge and understands the relocation process.
